Boyertown has its very own vegan restaurant, where you can enjoy 100% plant-based salads, sandwiches – and fabulous gluten free cookies – among other goodies. The Firefly Café sources only the best ingredients including local favorites of fresh baked breads from Frecon Farms and just picked hydroponic greens from Butter Valley Harvest. They also offer organic fair-trade coffee from One Village, plus the best vegan cheese, mayonnaise and other products from America’s best suppliers. Owners Michael and Loriann share almost 35 years of vegetarianism and veganism between them. They moved back to Loriann’s hometown from NYC, where Michael was born to raise their son. Their passion for health and wellness led them to offer something new in town. In their spare time Michael and Loriann pursue their creative passions in art and music.
